QDC Emerged champion of "Engineers Corporate Cup 2019" winning the thriller final against Galfar Al Misnad on 4th April 2019 at Old Ideal Indian School Cricket ground. The QDC team was led by captain ShakKeer N.K. The series was played among 16 Engineering corporate houses with 12 league matches, 4 QF 3 semifinals. QDC won every match it played except 1.

As part of its commitment to ISO 14001-2015 and its corporate social responsibility (CSR), QDC recently conducted a beach cleaning campaign at Wakrah family beach. The campaign was conducted in coordination and approval of Wakrah Municipality. about 230 employees and family members participated in the drive. QDC collected around 20 bags of wastes including plastic bottles, plastic bags, food wastes and others.
