QDC - The First consultancy firm in Qatar to receive ISO 10002:2018 certificate

QDC was awarded ISO 10002:2018 - Certificate of Conformance, by Intertek making QDC as a first consultancy firm in Qatar to be certified.
ISO 10002 is a Quality management standard focusing on Customer Satisfaction providing guidelines for complaints handling in organizations. The certificate was received from Mr. Mandar Pagare (Manager-Intertek Qatar) by Ms.. Sushma Choudhary (Management Representative for Complaint handling system in QDC) and Executive Managers - Mr. Subrato Mukherjee and Mr. Ashwani Kumar. The Management consultancy division team which helped in the implementation of ISO 10002 was also present on this occasion #Glavin Fernandes, #Abin Philip, #Christie Philip, #Nithin Prakash
