Certification of Appreciation to Anvarudheen

IT support Anvarudheen Keerantakathu has been appreciated by QDC management for developing "Customer complain handling software" as part of ISO 10002-2014 implementation. The software was developed inhouse and effective in handling the customer complaints, and its process to resolve.
