This Project comprises of developing a huge warehouse and logistics facility for MANATEQ in Umm Shahrain on a plot area of 500,000 Sqm, in which Barwa Real Estate Investment Co. have developed Warehouses ( 2 No.s Small A/C Type, 9 Dry type, 5 A/C type, 1 Frozen Type, 2 Chilled Type), 2 Nos. Workers Accommodation, 1 No. Administration Building, 1 No. Community Centre, 1 No. Mosque and Ancillary Building (15 Nos. Substations, 2 Nos. Generator Rooms, 6 Nos. Water Pump Room, 3 Nos. Security Guard House) for overall Built-up Area of 286,794.03 Sqm alongwith full fledged infrastructure development (Roads, Water Network, Drainage Network, Fire fighting Network, Hard & Soft Landscaping etc.) as a self-sufficient & Functioning Facility.
