This proejct was related to the construction of 214 Villas for Ras Gas employees in Al Khor on a 60.25 Acres Land for total built-up area of 128,400 Sqm in order to provide them a comfortable and high class residence with all associated infrastructure works. The Villas are single storied 4 bedroom villas with a living room, Dining Room, Kitchen & a maid Room. The Finishes designated for the project were of high quality with Marble flooring. There were Children Play area, recreational areas & infrastructure works like roads, drains, water supply, hard & soft Landscaping. Qatar Real Estate Investment Company (ALAQARIA) was appointed as the developer for the proejct by Ras Gas.
