PROJECT DETAILS
The project was envisaged to create new standards in healthcare planning, particularly with respect to the specialised medical needs of sportsmen. The hospital contains a wing with a specialised system called the “Normobaric Hypoxia”, which artificially simulates high altitude conditions for athletes thereby enhancing their performance during conditions held under sea level conditions. The hospital is spread over 12,000 sq.m and is the only Normobaric facility outside of USA and Japan.
