PROJECT DETAILS
The project involved design of the headoffice / showroom for M/s. Mannai Corporation having total BUA of approximately 39,000sqm. The facility has automobile warehouses and showrooms for GMC and Cadillac, JCBs, HED parts and other
offices developed in 3 phases. The warehouse buildings are of Pre-engineered steel with insulated aluminium sheet roofing. The Warehouses are fire compartmented with walls in between which shall act as Fire & Smoke barriers.
