This Project comprises of developing a Logistics Hub for MANATEQ at Bu Sulba on a plot area of 517,375.57 Sqm, in which Gulf Warehousing Co. have developed Warehouses (9 Dry type, 8 A/C type, 1 Frozen Type, 2 Chilled Type, 1 Mixed Use Type), 8 Nos. Staff Accommodation, 1 No. Administration Building, 1 No. Recreation Building , 1 No. Mosque and Ancillary Building alongwith full fledged infrastructure development (Roads, Water Network, Drainage Network, Fire fighting Network, Hard & Soft Landscaping etc.) as a self-sufficient & Functioning Facility. The facility was developed by 06 Contractors working at site simultaneously at all times for overall built-up area of the development was approximately 230,015 Sqm & landscaped area of 20,766 Sqm.
