The project envisages development of Energy Centre to serve the Al Bayt Stadium and Precinct with cooling capacity of approx. 38,800 TR and total Usable floor deck area of approximately 16,000 sqm. QDC provided Design Consultancy Services for Architecural, Engineering, Approvals, BIM Modelling and GSAS requirements upto IFC stage with the support of DC- Pro Engineering (Sharjah) for Process Engineering and Building Services Engineering
