PROJECT DETAILS
The Employer requires an Energy Centre to serve the Khalifa Stadium and an Office building to accommodate Aspire staff. The Energy Center is with a cooling capacity of 58,000Ton, having 11 Cooling Towers. Energy Center building is B+G+M, whereas Office Building is B+G+3. The Office Building is proposed surrounding three sides of Energy Center building. The Office buildings is designed and constructed to provide a productive and efficient work spaces for the users, focusing design aspects like lighting, ventilation and ample space for landscape which can provide a feel of harmonious connection to the outside nature. The entire development is designed to achieve a 3 star GSAS rating.
