Barwa Real Estate Company was developing a desert land of nearly 1,866,235 square meters adjacent to the Doha Industrial Area in the Al-Wukair Municipality with an aim to provide a separate compound for the Truck Park & related facilities with their own private culture. The village will serve a fully developed infrastructure network with provisions to tap in to the services at the boundary for each plot. This phase (Phase-1) of the project development consisted of development of infrastructure services for the whole plot & development of 16 Residential Buildings, Car Showrooms, Mosque, Dining Hall, Commercial Buildings & other support facilities in the project
