Originally designed by QDC, the design of stadium was derived from the traditional Qatari Souq theme.The stadium roof consisted of steel roof with solid and perforated ACP Cladding. Thermal performance studies studies were carried out to test the performance of the building envelope. These tests were carried out to test the performance as per the FIFA standards and guidelines.
The project involves complete design and engineering consultancy of the stadium premises including interior spaces.
