Design and detailed engineering services for the Six Combined EPC Project
PROJECT 1 – PROVISION OF SAFETY SHOWER AND EYEWASH FOR CAUSTIC VESSELS PLATFORM IN QG-2 IR UNIT 32
The objective of this project is to install new safety shower & Eyewash for 1st level combined platform of vessels 20-V3201, 20-V3202, 20-V3203, 20-V3204 in QG -2 IR unit 32. It is also required to provide drip trays/pans for the existing sample points and the proposed system to collect spillage.
PROJECT 3 – CORROSION STUDY AND POSSIBLE MATERIAL UPGRADE ON CAUSTIC DRAIN LINE IN QG2-IR
The objective of this project is to replace the existing CS common drain line piping (caustic service) by SS316L to avoid leaks.
PROJECT 4 – SUPPLY OF COLD CONDESNATE TO VARIOUS UTILITIES AREAS IN QG3&4

PROJECT – 5 RELOCATION OF LP SENSING POINT TO ACHIEVE CONDENSATE WATER RECOVERY BACK TO DEAERATORS IN QG2 UTILITY
The objective of this project is to relocate the LP sensing point of 29-LT930011 from condensate pot (29-V9305) top to Fuel-from -Feed(FFF) heater (29-E9301) top and modify the existing temperature control loop along with provision of Sight Glass type Level Gauge at the shell side of the heater.
