PROJECT DETAILS

The following WORK is required to be carried out on the new 16”-OC-32-0003-CS-900-X65 bulk liquid line.

  1. Five (5) existing flow lines DK-095 (KP 13.55), DK-381/DK-382 (KP 6.7) and DK-373/DK-535 (KP 16.92) currently connected to the old 16-P-11104-CS1-900-5bulk liquid pipeline shall be connected at three (3) locations to the FACILITY.  
  2. Providing six (6) extra connections for future flowlines between Diyab and Jaleha into this pipeline every 2km approximately (including similar locations as the spare connections on the old bulk liquid pipeline).
  3. Providing of early tie-in at Jaleha DS for the 8" new test separator Diyab-Jaleha pipeline.
  4. Corroded areas (40% lesser thickness) of the new 16”-OC-32-0003-CS-900-X65 pipelines shall be cut and removed and new pipe shall be welded with the minimum replacement pipe length shall be 1 meter at 150 locations will be executed.
