PROJECT DETAILS

Design and detailed engineering servcies for the  following Eleven (11) Nos. Mechanical Plant Change Requests (PCRs) at QP’s NGL Plants and Tank farm Area:

  1. Individual Isolation (83 Valves) for Fire Water Hydrants in NGL-1/2; NGSL and NGCU
  2. To install & change the filter S- 8940 with another material to prevent any cracks & corrosions in the future for V-8941 Vent.
  3. Individual Isolation (43 Valves) for Fire Water Hydrants in NGL-1/2; NGSL and NGCU
  4. To install a new suction permanent strainer with delta pressure Transmitter for K-2503 and K-2504
  5. To install the remaining non-shutdown sensitive work for the backup fuel gas supply line to NGL-4 flare pilots
  6. To replace the current pipe sections (8’’ Cooling Water Lines to E-2514) with GRE pipes
  7. To upgrade the suction and discharge line (From V- 1753 and to 17-FI-024) of P-1755 A/B to Stainless Steel to be able to withstand Alkaline and Acidic materials
  8. To install a new venting line in Antifoam additional system
  9. To modify the Site existing piping to accommodate the new line (Fresh Water Piping Circuit for Safety Showers)
  10. To modify the existing line as per site condition to eliminate any effect on the compressor seal system at all cases and to connect directly to 6”  LP  flare  line  with  tie-in  provided  during  2012  shut  down  as  it  was  originally designed
  11. A) To modify the site existing piping to accommodate the new ESDV, Thermal  relief  valves,  Isolation  valves,  Pressure  transmitter/gauges  etc.  in  the  6” Naphtha incoming line from QP refinery near to the battery limit, B) To design and construct a closed drain pit near the Battery limit with a Radar type Level transmitter on it C) To modify the 12” Pipeline connecting to QJA-17 & 18 accordingly with 12” isolation ball valve on the upstream of existing MOV’s TF-MOV-918 and TF-MOV-919.
