Barwa Real Estate Company was developing a desert land of nearly 1,866,235 square meters adjacent to the Doha Industrial Area in the Al-Wukair Municipality with an aim to provide a separate compound for the Truck Park & related facilities with their own private culture. The village will serve a fully developed infrastructure network with provisions to tap in to the services at the boundary for each plot. This phase of the project development consisted of development of infrastructure services for the whole plot & development of 16 Residential Buildings, Car Showrooms, Mosque, Dining Hall, Commercial Buildings & other support facilities in the project
